November 2020 – iiyama introduces a new 12.1“ (31 cm) touchscreen monitor for high-use environments such as pick-up points, POS, self-service and information desks.

SEMI OUTDOOR SOLUTION 

The TF1215MC-B1 can operate in temperatures ranging from -20˚C up to 60˚C which together with 3.15 mm thick and 7H rated glass covering the touch matrix, makes the display resistant to harsh environment and high impact - often associated with public domain usage. With an IP65 rating, iiyama guarantees dust and water resistance from the front, making it even more suitable for heavy use environments like petrol or train stations. The brightness of 450 cd/m² of the display ensures readability in bright ambient or artificial locations.

This open frame monitor with an edge-to-edge glass design and IPS Panel Technology with 1024x768 resolution, offers rich, vivid colours and great viewing angles, ensuring perfect picture performance. A special anti-fingerprint coating makes the screen less static and susceptible to dirt, dust and fingerprints which effectively improves the clarity of the content displayed on the screen.

TOUCH-THROUGH GLASS & USABILITY

The 12-touchpoint PCAP touch technology with touch-through-glass functionality guarantees a seamless and accurate touch response even with an additional layer of glass in front of the screen, which gives the possibility to turn glass surfaces into interactive touchscreen displays. Special mounting holes ensure an easy and fast installation. The TF1215MC-B1 can be used in horizontal, vertical and face-up position.
